Dennis Rickman...it's been a pleasure


I’m sure you’ll all agree that Nigel Harman has played such an iconic character, Dennis Rickman. He has captured the hearts of many viewers and for me goes down as the most complex and interesting male characters that EastEnders has ever had. Truly fascinating.

Me and the other staff felt that it was only right that we made a tribute to Dennis. The farewell banner was on my mind for quite some time now and Starr has been working on it for weeks! We wanted it straight up after the episode but as you can see, we needed his final scene. However we couldn’t do that until it was clipped. Ann has very kindly supplied Starr with the clip, at very short notice so thank you for that. It’s much appreciated! :D

Starr has done a grand job with it and we are so pleased with the result. :hug: It’s, what I like to call a Dennis journey banner. :) We have his major character standpoints from start to finish and it shows the development in his character over the past two and a half years.

Ok I’m getting carried away, but that’s only because I love it, lol! :lol:

We will have it running for at least two-three weeks as a remembrance piece.

Treasure, honour and worship…
