Title: New Moderator

I'd just like to announce that Refusenik (aka Vicki) will be joining the NHF moderating team. :)
Me and Kate both feel she is perfect for the role and we are certain that she will do just great.
As activity is increasing and Nigel at the centre of some big projects, now seems as good a time as any for a new moderator.
I'm sure you'll all join me in wishing Vicki the best of luck. :D
